Determined to achieve a highly secured world, the President of the International Criminal Police Organisation (INTERPOL), Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, has visited the South American country of Colombia.
During the visit, Security Watch Africa (SWA) also gathered that the INTERPOL President met with President of the Republic of Colombia, Iván Duque Márquez.
He pledged INTERPOL’s readiness to help fight inter-border crimes in Latin American countries.
INTERPOL President said “I was honored to meet His Excellency, Iván Duque Márquez, President of the Republic of Colombia.
“We discussed the importance of combining and complementing the efforts of Police forces and Police organizations to combat cross-border crimes.
“The INTERPOL will continue to support the countries of Latin America and the world to achieve security of universe,” he stated.
